Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unwashed and unused items with original tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, cloth diapers cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Are the dyes used in your clothing safe?
Yes, we use non-toxic, Azo-free dyes that are safe for babies and the environment, ensuring no harmful chemicals touch your skin.
