At SuperBottoms, we want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy on all unused and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging with tags intact; please note that for hygiene reasons, washed or used products cannot be accepted.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange item will be processed within 5-7 business days.
